Yesterday, Natalie Holt won the Royal Television Society West of England’s Composer Award for her work on the BBC One series ‘Three Girls.’ The award recognizes the best composition of original music across all genres. It is Natalie’s second Royal Television Society award following her Student Television Award for Postgraduate Drama in 2007, for her work on the short film ‘Friends Forever.’<\/p>\n

‘Three Girls’ is directed by Philippa Lowthorpe, written by Nicole Taylor, and produced by Simon Lewis. The three-part series won the UK Broadcast Award for Best Drama Series and the Festival de la Fiction TV’s Special Jury Prize for European Fiction. \u00a0The drama is about three young girls who were sexually abused and trafficked by British Pakistani men in the English town of Rochdale and the failure of the authorities to do anything about it.<\/p>\n
