Yutaka Yamada’s animated trailer for ‘League of Legends’, “The Path, An Ionian Myth,” has gone viral! The trailer amassed over 3 million views within 48 hours of being released on Youtube, and it has now surpassed 3.5 million views since being uploaded one week ago.
Created in partnership with animation studio Sun Creature, “The Path, An Ionian Myth” is an official trailer for the 2020 Spirit Blossom Festival, a month-long event during which ‘League of Legends’ players can play new missions, unlock special character skins, and earn limited-time rewards. The event can be accessed on Riot Games’ massive online multiplayer game from July 22nd to August 24th.
