Amin Bhatia & Ari Posner Receive Best Original Music Nominations for ‘X Company’ and ‘Anne’ at Canadian Screen Awards

Amin Bhatia and Ari Posner have both received two Canadian Screen Award nominations for Best Original Music in a Fiction series – for their work on ‘X Company’ and ‘Anne.’

‘X Company’ is a spy thriller television series by writers Mark Ellis and Stephanie Morgenstern that premiered on February 18, 2015 on CBC Television. The series, which follows five highly skilled recruits as they are trained then sent out into Europe during World War II, aired for three season until March 15, 2017.

‘Anne,’ also known as ‘Anne with an E,’ is a reimagining of the titular character from L. M. Montgomery’s classic novel ‘Anne of Green Gables’ by script writer Moira Walley-Beckett. ‘Anne’ premiered on CBC Television on March 19, 2017 and can currently be streamed on Netflix.
